World-famous Loreena McKennitt, the multi-award-winning Canadian singer and songwriter, will visit Budapest as part of her 24-stop spring European tour this year. The tour celebrates the anniversary of her Juno Award-winning album The Visit, originally released in Canada in 1991, which became an international hit in 1992 on Warner Music Group. The first "leg" of the "Visit Revisited" tour kicked off in September 2022, with ten shows in Eastern Canada. 

 Loreena McKennitt is an eclectic mix of Celtic music, pop, folk, and has sold over 14 million albums worldwide during her career. Her recordings have achieved gold, platinum and multi-platinum status in 15 countries on four continents. She has been nominated twice for a Grammy Award, won two Juno Awards and a Billboard International Achievement Award.
